[文体指导]
电子邮件(electronicmail，常缩写为Email，email或email)指通过互联网传递的邮件，即用户之间通过互联网发出或收到的信息，是目前互联网上应用最广泛的一种服务。
1．“邮件头”信息栏的填写
一般情况下，表头需要填写的地方有两个：“收件人”(如：Tom198201 @ 163.com)和“主题”(如：QuestionsontheEnglisheveningclass)。
2．正文
电子邮件的正文部分通常由称呼、正文、结束语及署名四部分构成。
(1)称呼：一般在收件人姓氏前加上Dear。
(2)正文：正文是邮件的主体部分，是写信人要谈论或陈述的内容。正文内容要求简洁达意，层次分明。
(3)结束语：常见的结束语有：Iamlookingforwardtoyourreply/answer.Withbestregards.Iwishyougoodluck/everysuccessin...等。有时这部分也可省略。
(4)署名：写在正文右下角的位置。

假设你是王阳，你的网友李明给你发来电子邮件，告诉你今年寒假他要去国外旅行，想让你给他一些有关国外旅行的建议。请根据下面的提示给他回一封电子邮件。
1．建议：
①事先了解该国语言、历史、文化及风俗习惯；
②保管好身份证、护照、钱及其他贵重物品；
③遵守当地法律，尊重当地风俗习惯；
④遇到麻烦，向警察或中国大使馆求助。
2．祝李明旅途愉快。
注意：1.词数100左右；
2．可适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。

第一步：审题构思很关键
一、审题
1．确定体裁：本文为应用文(电子邮件)；
2．确定人称：以第一人称和第二人称为主；
3．确定时态：主要用一般将来时和一般现在时。
二、构思
第一段：点明写电子邮件的目的；
第二段：具体介绍国外旅行的建议；
第三段：祝愿。
第二步：核心词汇想周全

第三步：由词扩句雏形现
